The database reconstruction is ongoing. The first part of that process is to dump the database. Normally the data from the dump is returned to the reconstructed db, however in this case we need to filter out the 36 million emails to avoid putting them back onto the server.

11/7/2025. 9:00 AM The database on the shared email server was corrupted and is being reconstructed. The Email server is up, however incoming and outgoing emails are held in queue until the database reconstruction is complete. At this time there is no ETA
The underlying cause was an email account that was compromised and flooded our shared email server with 36 Million emails. In attempting to remove the emails from our server the database was corrupted.
